A swarm is a group of Macs sharing the work of running a model. Choose the people and computers you trust, lend spare capacity, and chat through the swarm’s entry Mac.
The demo is volunteer-hosted and may be unavailable. Check its listing for current serving Macs.

Checking the directory…
Recent signed heartbeats, reported by swarm owners. Macs are summed across listings, not unique devices. No visitor counts.
A few computers. One model.

The app places model layers across the participating Macs. A one-Mac route runs the model on that Mac alone.
Your browser sends prompts directly to the swarm’s entry. The directory is a phone book, never the inference server.
Participating Macs can see prompts, replies or intermediate activations. This is not end-to-end encrypted from them. Do not send secrets.

Cloudflare terminates TLS for this site and Cloudflare-hosted entries. It can see IP addresses, timing and plaintext traffic at those endpoints.
Installing the app is not consent to run a model. The app asks before downloading and sharing. Resource limits and a stop control stay on your Mac.
Proven on project Macs, with a small curated model list. Apple silicon macOS only today; Linux and Windows apps are not available. Availability and speed depend on the Macs serving each route.
